UK and Ireland Delivery from £20.00

Orders will usually be processed within 24 hours. Regular delivery is between Monday to Friday between the 8:30 and 17:00. Please phone for details. Orders placed on a weekend or after 17:00 will not be processed until the next working day.

We endeavour to deliver all orders as soon as possible, but delivery may take 3-7 working days.

Whether you are based in the UK or Ireland, we provide delivery from £20.00. If orders are placed outside these locations, we will contact you with a price of delivery, if the delivery costs do not appear at the checkout due to restrictions on certain products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

The shipping rates for many items we sell, are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please note that we are not liable for any import taxes, duties etc that need to be paid on internationally shipped orders. These, if incurred, must be paid by the customer.

Please note that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Most unwanted products can be returned within 7 days of delivery as long as it is still in its original, unopened packaging.

A restocking charge off 30% will apply. Returns must be sent back at your own cost, please send back using a signed for service.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving the returned item. depending on the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Damaged Items

It is essential that you check all items for damage upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your items are damaged or faulty upon delivery please raise this issue with the delivery driver.
